සුරේෂ්කුමාර් ෂන්මුගම්ට අසාධ්‍ය වකුගඩු රෝගයක් ඇති බව හඳුනාගෙන ඇති අතර ඔහුගේ ජීවිතය ​බේරා ගැනීම සඳහා වහාම බද්ධ කිරීමක් අවශ්‍ය වේ. ඔහුගේ ඔරොත්තු දීමේ හැකියාව සහ ශක්තිය ​අපගේ පවුලට ආශ්වාදයේ ආලෝකයක් වී ඇත, නමුත් අවශ්‍ය වෛද්‍ය ක්‍රියා පටිපාටිවල මූල්‍යමය බර ​වන භයානක අභියෝගයකට අපි මුහුණ දී සිටිමු.
